The Maytag MDW 606 AWG dishwasher, the world’s best dishwasher for water efficiency using an unprecedented six-litres per wash, received over 12,000 entries in a recent competition on IPC’s housetohome website.
Maytag is keen to promote its world leading dishwasher for water efficiency to consumers through PR activity, and IPC’s housetohome website is the ideal place to grasp consumer attention. The housetohome website represents some of Britain’s leading consumer magazine titles such Ideal Home, Style at Home and Beautiful Kitchens, and receives 100,000 daily page views. The Maytag competition received more than 12,000 responses, an excellent result which raises awareness of the Maytag brand and the dishwasher.
The 13-place setting dishwasher boasts an excellent ‘A+AA’ energy rating for washing, drying and performance and uses minimal resources, offering savings of up to 50 per cent on water, energy and time1.
A mix of Maytag’s IntelliSense® technology, which senses the level of dirt particles and automatically adapts the wash cycle accordingly and new ‘Impulse’ pump technology minimise water usage. The dishwasher also uses steam to help soften stubborn stains and sanitise the load, removing the need to pre-rinse dishes, offering sparkling results every time.
