These include the KA2111DL finished in stainless steel, the KA2192DL in the company’s unique soft and luscious Graphite Black and the top of the range stainless steel, KA2111DQ. Not only does this top of the range model boast an A+ energy rating it has a twin cooling system with Climate Control, plus a special ‘Cool Select’ zone with electronic temperature adjustment from 0°C to -5°C. Designed for defrosting meat and poultry safely or for cooling fast, it also has a -5°C setting. At this temperature it freezes the moisture in the food making it ideal for slicing fresh salmon or tuna to make sushi, or fresh beef for carpaccio. And the top notch ice and water system not only delivers water and ice, the ice may be cubed or shaved!
