The Maytag XXL dishwasher has made the finals of the national kbbreview Industry Awards 2010, and has been nominated for the kbbreview Environmental Innovation Award for Kitchens.
The Maytag XXL dishwasher is the most innovative dishwasher to ever reach the market in all aspects of design, engineering, environmental resourcefulness and sustainability.
It is an industry first with four height adjustable racks, releasing 40% more capacity. Maytag’s new capacity is an innovation in itself that is incredibly flexible, delivered by its generous internal 58cm height (the biggest on the market) that means it not only stacks a staggering 17 place settings, it takes a plate diameter of 39cm, or a frying pan, baking sheet and even an oven shelf or two!
The space has been designed and engineered to be totally flexible not only for new users but to ensure minimum disruption during replacement. Consumers often have to re-learn how to manage and stack their new dishwasher. At the same time the appliance offers the very best in water efficiency and energy savings with triple ‘A’ performance; a full daily load can be washed using just 9.9 litres of water and 1.05kWh electricity.
