Quiet Mark is the international mark of approval award programme from the UK Noise Abatement Society. Quiet Mark encourages companies to develop everyday appliances with noise reduction top of mind, and the Whirlpool ARK 811 Glamour white hood has been recognised as one of the quietest on the market.
The Glamour white cooker hood boasts contemporary design with powerful performance. It has a stylish white glass finish and looks iconic in any kitchen. This 800mm ‘flat screen’ model features perimeter aspiration, an innovation in hood technology that enables high vapour extraction, while still maintaining a low level of noise. The hood has an intensive extraction rate of 733 m³/hr at 66dB(A). The low noise level is achieved by the front panel which breaks the vapours generated from cooking, directing them to the outer edges of the hood to be absorbed by the neatly concealed filter.
